In 2021, EI.CONS delivered 2 years ahead of schedule the project The Crown, a Palm Hills Development in West Cairo. Built over approx. 798,000 sqm, the project focuses on high-end living with access to a golf course, fine dining facilities, etc.

In 2021, EI.CONS delivered its project Capital Gardens, a Palm Hills Development in East Cairo, built over 432,000 sqm. Capital Gardens, pedestrian and bicycle-friendly, brings the resort aspect of living to the residential scene.
